Before using RDRS to request access to nonpublic gTLD registration information, please take the following steps:
STEP 1: Check ICANN's Lookup Tool available at https://lookup.icann.org to confirm whether the domain registration data you are seeking is already publicly available.
STEP 2: Proceed with step 3 if the information you are seeking is not available in the ICANN Lookup Tool.
STEP 3: Review the short videos on how to use the system and template feature if you have never used RDRS before.
STEP 4: Review the Minimum Required Information for Whois Data Requests to ensure you understand what information you'll need to provide in the RDRS form for registrar review.
